Autism Connections Fredericton provides community support and awareness among parents, educators, professionals, and people living with autism. With 1 in 68 children today being diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, we are finding the needs of our community to be growing exponentially. In order to continue to provide these important services to the community, our fundraising goal for this year is $20,000.
We are seeking to recruit energetic and motivated team captains who will lead their team in the fundraising efforts for this event. Each team should be made up of at least 5 members with the goal of raising $1000 each. Teams will then participate is a special bowling event at Kingswood Entertainment Centre. There will be fun, food, and friends. We encourage teams to dress up and think of a unique team name as well. Prizes will be awarded for fundraising, bowling scores, and costumes!
Funds raised through the Bowl-A-Thon will be used to support the many resources Autism Connections Fredericton provides to the community such as:
We are also seeking 10 lane sponsors for this event. The cost to sponsor a lane is $200. Sponsors will be recognized on our social media, website, in advertising for the event, and on the day of the event.
